Hi God,

Sorry didnt spend time with ya for so long. Guess its time to sit down and just listen to what you been trying to say to me. Sorry for being so disobedient and spolit.

What causes panic attacks? What causes depression? What causes nervous breakdowns?
In my fir of panick attack, You told me to get my S.O.S black book, when i was losing it, u opened the pages to this scripture:

James Chapter 4:1-10: "Submit Yourselves to God"

' 1 What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? 2 You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. 3When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.
4 You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the worlsd is hatred toward Go? Anyone who chooses to be a firned of the world becomes an enemy of God. 5 Or do you think Scripture says without reason the spirit he caused to live in us envies intensely? 6 But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says:

" God opposes the proud
but gives grace to the humble"

7 Submit yourselves, then to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselbes before the Lord, and he will lift you up. '

Dear God,
if u can hear me now, please help settle my heart and calm me down.
There are so many things that i wanna do that are spinning my head around.
Then there are the things i hate to do, but know i have to do,
but have not done.
Tell me how i can find my balance, while everyLittleThing runs amuck.
For I do not want to complain: "Life Sucks".

Creation: Land & Seas, Plants & Trees...



Genesis 1:9-13
9 And God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear." And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters he called "seas." And God saw that it was good.
11 Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." Jeremiah 5:22
Should you not fear me?" declares the LORD.
"Should you not tremble in my presence?
I made the sand a boundary for the sea,
an everlasting barrier it cannot cross.
The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail;
they may roar, but they cannot cross it.

Psalm 104:14-15
You cause grass to grow for the cattle.
You cause plants to grow for people to use. You allow them to produce food from the earth--
wine to make them glad, olive oil as lotion for their skin, and bread to give them strength.

In other words....
Fear: To fear God doesn't mean to be afraid of Him or fear some type of unknown punishment or terror.

To fear God means to respect Him, to honor Him, to be amazed by His greatness, and to admire all He has done for you and this world. When you have nothing to say but "WOW" when describing God, you're on your way to fearing Him. An attitude of fear and AWE is pleasing to God and is the first step toward gaining wisdom.

When you close this book, take a minute to say "WOW" to all God has done for you.

Psalm 19:1-3
The heavens declare the glory of God;

I will praise you, O Lord, among the nations;
I will sing of you among the peoples.
For great is your love, reaching to the heavens;
your faithfulness reaches to the skies.

let your glory be over all the earth.

Jeremiah 10:12-13
But God made the earth by his power;
he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.
When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth.
He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

Just a thought...
If God is powerful enough to create this huge playground we call Earth, don't you think He's mighty enough to have created you exactly as He intended?
